"This was my very first apartment and I enjoyed it here for 12 months. Everything is always well maintained and cleaned. If you have any issues with your apartment, he will be right on it and get it solved ASAP. Also, there is security driving around at night to ensure the safety of the residents and cars. I’m happy to say I didn't have any bad experiences at Villa Del Sur. Luis and his staff members are very friendly and professional!"

"My first apartment lease ever and I couldn't have had a better experience. Luis the property manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made us feel welcome from the day we first toured the property until our last day there. Martin the maintenance tech was always prompt to respond to service requests and was very welcoming as well. The interior of the apartments are newly remodeled with a tasteful finish. I never had to worry about finding parking here because they have parking lifts! This practically doubles the amount of parking spaces available. I highly recommend choosing Villa Del Sur as your next apartment. Thank you Luis and Martin for making our time here the best experience ever!"

"The exteriors of these apartments are kept very clean and the staff here is always nice and helpful! Being that I am a first time renter, I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect or what the process of renting an apartment was, but the manager, Alejandra, made the process as easy as possible for us. The interiors of the apartments are even more beautiful in person. The renovation pictures are exactly how they look online (pleasant surprise there!) and I have not had any major issues.
